Account Relations

Brief Description:
This role acts as the liaison between our agency and our clients. Account Relations is the key to fulfilling the promise of our lead generation programs, by spreading ideas to all stakeholders. This role will strengthen the agency’s internal cohesion and its relationship with clients.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Use well-honed communication expertise in day-to-day client-agency interactions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and other audiences
  • Probe for feedback and if service issues found, formulate responses
  • Understand the clients’ business goals and be an advocate for them inside the agency
  • Propose new ideas to optimize client’s lead generation campaigns
  • Spot business development opportunities that mutually help client and agency
  • Coordinate client’s intent to team by writing thorough creative briefs
  • Aid client service’s quality and efficiency by documenting process improvements

Analyst

Brief Description:
As part of our client service group, the Analyst is part of a self-organizing, agile team which works to build and optimize marketing programs. They analyze and report on the performance of team activities on a bi-monthly basis, meeting with the team to review campaign results. They use feedback from internal team on how to craft reports that give them better insights.

 

Analyst Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dashboard reports showing campaign performance to external clients
  • Monitor campaign performance and run ad hoc reports identifying improvement opportunities, using current methods, metrics and tools
  • Identify improvement to processes used in this role and give actionable recommendations
  • As needed, provide support to internal teams with data manipulation and reporting
  • Verify that data is accurately collected and reported in analytics
  • Develop hypotheses about how campaigns could be optimized
  • Set up how data will be collected for optimization experiments
  • Analyse campaign performance using dashboards and ad hoc spreadsheets

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • Quantitative Problem solving
  • Written communications, especially related to business analysis & performance
  • Gathering analytics data and assembling reports
  • Be available at predetermined times for calls and meetings
  • Self-starter mindset, results-driven, a positive attitude with high professional standards

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, G-Suite/MS Office Applications
  • Advanced spreadsheet/coding experience, ideally with scripting (VBA, Javascript, Apps script)
  • Experience in a client service/quality assurance team.

 


Infrastructure Specialist

Brief Description:
The Infrastructure Specialist supports our internal client service team, a self-organizing, agile group which works to build and optimize marketing programs. They provide infrastructure for client campaigns, as they are onboarded and during building of their funnels, tracking conversions and helping the client service team gain insights from user behaviour.

 

Infrastructure Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Set up tags for new clients/new campaigns, including AdWords, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and retargeting platforms
  • When others add new conversions to PPC accounts, quality check that conversions are being accurately tracked.
  • Set up Conversion Optimization tests
  • Identify improvement to processes used in this role and take actionable recommendations  to management
  • Determine how to integrate third-party data from the client’s business into an analytics database
  • Create dashboards that show campaign performance to external clients. Modify as necessary.

 

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Problem solving, with both numbers (quantitative) and words (qualitative)
  • Written communications, especially web-related
  • Understand project schedules/critical paths
  • Understand the business’s goals and seek ways to use data to achieve them
  • Gathering analytics data and assembling reports
