Administrative Specialist (part-time)

Brief Description:
This role provides support across the agency. It specializes in following our administrative process, which enable everyone to work at their most productive level.

Responsibilities:
– Scheduling meetings with contractors & clients by accessing shared calendar
– Categorizing/organizing lists of web tools we use/recommend
– Report on monthly metrics, entering data into company dashboards
– Prospecting/Updating CRM with new prospects
– Coordination of Training articles
– Coordinate team calls & events
– Accounting To Do’s as required

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Problem solving, with both numbers (quantitative) and words (qualitative)
Written communications, especially web-related
Gathering analytic data and assembling reports
Self-starter mindset, results-driven, a positive attitude with high professional standards

Desired Skills:
Familiarity with G-Suite/MS Office Applications


Sales Operations Specialist (part-time)

Brief Description:

There’s an old phrase that says ‘nothing happens until someone sells something.’ The purpose of this role is to facilitate our agency’s ability to sell its services. This person works to keep records up-to-date, research targeted accounts, nurture leads, and hand-off qualified prospects to a senior sales professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Scan for news/information on targeted accounts using public sites, subscription-tools and Chrome extensions
  • Update CRM records  
  • Initiate contact with leads by  following and interacting with them on social media, sending them relevant content offers, in coordination with our marketing resource.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager for follow-up on leads that engage with us
  • Respond to web lead inquiries
  • Administer CRM, maintain records: clean up duplicates, add email opt-ins to MailChimp

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Problem solving, with both numbers (quantitative) and words (qualitative)
  • Written communications, especially web-related
  • Gathering analytic data and assembling reports

Marketing Specialist (Part-time)

Brief Description:
This role reports to the agency’s founder. This marketing position will execute several lead generation initiatives for our digital agency. This role will contribute to our marketing channels, including our podcast (which we treat as owned-media), publishing and promoting content on social media and analyzing the performance of these activities.  During these activities, this person will document and improve our marketing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Working from editorial plans, research and help create written content
  • promote content on Social Media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Develop ways to generate online leads (sign-ups, conversion on download/trial, etc)
  • Analyze and report on performance of marketing activities on a bi-weekly basis.
